2W ball skills

Lesson: Physical education

Class: 2W Year: 2022 - 2023

During the winter months we have been learning to throw and catch balls. The children began by working on their own to throw a ball up into the air and catch it. Once they had mastered the skill they added in claps before beginning to pass the ball between two or three other pupils. Their throwing and catching has now developed so well that they are able to play a simple 'netball like' game of 'royal ball'.
