History

We love History mystery in Year 3!! We have two main periods in history that we study, we begin by exploring Prehistoric Britain. We find out about how people lived, starting in The Stone Age and following their progression from Bronze to Iron Age,

We have an outdoor learning expereince at Tatton Park where the children enjoy a Prehistoric day in the grounds of the Park taking part in a range of practical activities.

In the Spring term we move to the Ancient Civilisations that emerged throughout the ancient world.  We explore their inventions and impact on our everyday life. We focus on life in Ancient Egypt, but also find time to explore The Aztecs too!!
