High Frequency words
Learning these important early words will help with reading and spelling. Please rehearse these at home through simple games such as word spotting in reading books, find the word around the room, paint, chalk or collage the words, word bingo etc. There are also useful games on phonicsplay and the bbc phonics website that may help. Once your child is secure with the first 100 words, you may like to move on to the next 200.
